Cians Analytics has been using PlanMyLeave.com since 2016. After proper deliberation and considering various other solutions to meet our day-to-day HR requirements, we chose PlanMyLeave for our company. The initial requirement was to help manage all leave-related matters, including annual leave calendar, current and future leave balances, etc.
Following the success we had with PlanMyLeave.com, we integrated their other product offerings of ProjectToolBelt and MyWebTimeSheets.
ProjectToolBelt allows us to generate and track Custom Project Codes along with various project related details. This information can be searched and exported in easily editable Excel format, which further allows ease of work. When integrated with MyWebTimeSheets we were able to record details of the efforts our employees make on an assigned project, which gives us access to a comprehensive picture on the hours clocked against each client on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. This further helps us with invoicing the client effectively.

"We have been using PlanMyLeave since March 2014 after being with another provider. We are a small accounting firm in New Zealand and originally had paper based system for leave. We found this difficult for the team and ourselves to keep track on who was on leave etc., especially when anyone in the team was wanting to apply for leave. "PML support is great. We typically get a helpful response within one business day with the answers that we need. There were a few challenges with setting up a new employee as there are several important steps to remember to complete.
