In the “Select Action” section, if any action is unchecked then that menu will not be visible to the user and the permission for that section will not be displayed in the permission section.

Add New Restriction List – If unchecked the “Edit” link will be not be visible to user to add/edit users to the restriction list.
Add New Notes – if unchecked the “Edit” link will be not be visible to user to add/edit notes.
Add New Skill Matches – if unchecked the “Edit” link will be not be visible to user to add/edit skill matches.
